What Is Webcast Production

Any live broadcast reaching an audience beyond a single room.

A product launch. A conference keynote. A church service reaching homebound members. A nonprofit gala streamed to donors across the country. A performing arts production extending its audience beyond the seats in the building.

Webcast production is the technical and creative work behind all of it. If your event is worth producing, it is worth broadcasting at a standard your audience will respect.

DuneVision serves organizations across Valparaiso, Merrillville, the Gary and Hammond corridor, Michigan City, LaPorte, South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen, Indianapolis, and the greater Chicago market.

What We Provide

Full production from pre-show planning through post-broadcast delivery.

Multicamera coverage of speakers, performers, and panels. Live switching, broadcast graphics and lower-thirds, teleprompter support, audience Q&A integration, and professional streaming distribution to any platform: internal portal, public channel, or proprietary destination.

We handle the full production from pre-show technical planning through live execution. Your organization focuses on the event. We make sure the stream looks like it belongs on television.

Who This Is For

Organizations across Northwest Indiana and Michiana with audiences beyond the room.

Corporate

Hospital systems, manufacturers, universities, logistics companies, and professional services firms broadcasting internal communications, investor updates, training programs, and company-wide events.

Nonprofit & Fundraising

Organizations reaching donors, volunteers, and communities beyond the room: galas, appeals, annual events, and campaign broadcasts where the production reflects the mission.

Religious Organizations

Congregations connecting with members who cannot be present in person, whether across town or across the country. Consistent, reliable broadcast that keeps your community together.

Performing Arts & Entertainment

Productions and concert organizers extending their audience beyond the seats they have available. Webcast production built around the performance, not around a single static camera.

Community & Civic

Public meetings, award ceremonies, and regional events broadcast to the audiences that care about them. Government bodies, chambers of commerce, and civic organizations.

If your event has an audience that cannot all be in the same room, webcast production is how you reach them without compromising the experience.

Built on Broadcast Experience

When we walk into your webcast, we have already handled worse.

Our team has technical directed and operated cameras on large-scale corporate productions, live sports, and panel broadcasts across the region. But the experience that matters most came from live sports.

Live sports broadcasting does not allow for mistakes. There is no pause button, no restart, and no cutting away while you troubleshoot. When a camera goes down or a signal drops mid-game, you solve it on air or the audience sees it. Our team has operated under those conditions at a professional level, across professional sports leagues, NAIA athletics, and national broadcast partners including NBC, ESPN, Yahoo Sports, and Fox.

That is the standard we bring to every broadcast we produce.

Why a Local Production Partner Matters

We are already here.

A production company based in Northwest Indiana shows up differently than a vendor flying in from out of market. We know the venues, we know the region, and we are invested in the same communities our clients serve. When your event is in Valparaiso or Michigan City or Mishawaka, we are not billing you for travel time and hotel rooms.

Organizations in South Bend, Elkhart, and Goshen looking for live streaming and webcast production have historically had to look outside the region. We are changing that.

For Chicago-area organizations looking for production expertise without downtown agency pricing, we bring the same broadcast standard across the state line.

Common Questions

Webcast production, answered.

What types of events do you webcast?
We produce webcasts for corporate events, nonprofit galas, religious services, performing arts productions, community and civic events, conferences, and live sports. If it is happening live and needs to reach an audience beyond the room, we can broadcast it.
Do you serve the South Bend and Michiana area?
Yes. DuneVision produces webcasts across the full NWI and Michiana region, including South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, and Goshen, with no out-of-market travel surcharge.
What makes you different from other webcast production companies?
We came up in live sports, where nothing stops for a technical problem. You solve it on air or the audience sees it. That background means we walk into every webcast having already been tested under higher pressure than most productions will ever reach. We do not get rattled because we have already been rattled, on a live broadcast, with no safety net.
Do you serve Chicago area clients?
Yes. DuneVision produces webcasts for clients across the Chicago metro and Northwest Indiana, providing broadcast-quality production without downtown agency overhead.
