Ceremony Production

Graduation day is one of the most important moments in a family's life. DuneVision makes sure everyone gets to be there.

Families are spread across the country. Grandparents cannot always travel. Military parents are deployed. Distance is real, and ceremony livestreaming is how institutions close that gap. A well-produced stream puts remote families in the room for the name announcement, the diploma, and the moment the cap goes in the air.

DuneVision produces graduation and ceremony livestreams with the same broadcast standards we apply to live sports: clean audio from the podium, camera coverage that tracks the stage, name graphics running with each graduate, and a signal that holds from processional to recessional. The ceremony is a celebration. The production should feel like one.

Prepared Before the First Name Is Called

Every system is tested, positioned, and locked before the processional starts.

DuneVision treats ceremony production as a single-take broadcast. Signal paths are verified, audio levels are set from the house system, and cameras are positioned and focused before doors open. By the time the processional begins, the crew is ready and every system is running clean.

That preparation is what makes ceremony day smooth for the school and memorable for the families watching. The production coordinator knows the run-of-show. The graphics operator has the full graduate list loaded. The stream is live and healthy before the first speaker takes the podium.

We also deliver a clean archival recording from every ceremony, formatted for the institution's archive or for families to download after the event. The live stream gets families into the room. The recording is what they come back to.

Common Questions

Graduation and ceremony livestreaming, answered.

Can you display graduate names and degrees as they cross the stage?
Yes. DuneVision produces live graphics showing graduate names and degree information as each student is announced. The graphics are prepared in advance from the program or roster provided by the school, and a graphics operator runs them in real time during the ceremony.
Can you connect to the venue's existing audio system?
Yes. DuneVision can take a feed from the venue's house audio system, which is the cleanest way to capture podium speech, live music, and ceremony audio. We coordinate with venue AV staff in advance to establish the feed and test levels before the ceremony begins.
Do you provide a recording families can access after the ceremony?
Yes. Every ceremony production includes a full archival recording. We can deliver a downloadable file, a YouTube archive link, or a private access link depending on what works best for the school or institution. Highlight clips for social distribution are also available.
How far in advance do you need event details?
For ceremony productions, DuneVision requests event details at least two weeks in advance: venue, expected program length, graduate roster or program for name graphics, and any specific coverage requirements. Earlier is better for large ceremonies with complex graphics needs.
Can you cover outdoor graduation ceremonies?
Yes. DuneVision covers outdoor ceremonies with appropriate equipment configurations for ambient light and weather conditions. Cable management, power sourcing, and camera positioning for outdoor venues are planned during pre-production. Contact us with your venue details for a specific scope.
Do you serve schools and universities in Northwest Indiana and South Bend?
Yes. DuneVision covers commencements and ceremony events at high schools, colleges, and universities across Northwest Indiana, the South Bend and Mishawaka area, and the greater Chicago metro. Based in Valparaiso with no travel markup for most regional engagements.
